Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA Number)
- We cannot accept returns or give credits on orders after 10 days from date of receipt of your order. Returns must be in usable condition in original packaging.
- Goods returned not due to our error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns must have an RMA number supplied by our staff.
- Either email to info@australessence.com to request your RMA number.
- Once your return request is approved you will be notified of the amount of the IN STORE credit that you will receive.
- Any credits must be used within 1 year of the issue date.
Shipping Policies

Your order will be carefully processed and shipped as soon as possible usually within 24 hours.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind
when selecting your shipping options.
We ship via Australia Post for both domestic and international deliveries.
We can ship via Courier by special request, but can accept no responsibility for tracking or delivery problems. Please contact us directly to arrange for this service.
